Shipping and processing Policy

Local orders are being processed within 1-2 business days in Jamaica, in most cases after payment is cleared. Local orders are being shipped by Knutsford Express, pickup is also available in Kingston. Pickup address will be sent after payment is made. Bearer drop off is also available in parishes of Kingston and some areas in St. Catherine.  

International orders are processed within 1-2 business days not including the day the payment was made. For next day shipping please confirm if it is being offered at checkout or send an email or DM us for availability. International orders are being shipped by FedEx / DHL. 

When providing your shipping address, please make sure that the address is correct. If we ship out your product and the shipping address provided was incorrect, we are not liable for the lost of your merchandise. You must contact the shipping provider directly and handle this issue on your own.

Duties and Custom Fees

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in the prices or shipping costs shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs or duty fees once the shipment arrives in their country. We have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict what they might be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order.

Delays

Please also note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather conditions. In the event of any significant delay, The Raw Ville will make every effort to communicate updates promptly. Please order before any personal deadlines.

Return and Refund policy

At The Raw Ville, our clients are our top priority, and we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and service. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of the delivery date as noted on the shipping carrier’s website. We will review your concern and work with you to resolve the issue where possible.

Please note that if no issues are reported within 72 hours, you automatically forfeit any rights to a return, exchange, or refund.

All concerns communicated to TRVILLE within the 72-hour window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Resolution will depend on the evidence provided by the client and a thorough investigation to determine whether the client or merchant is at fault this may take 30-90 days on said date of contact. If it is determined that TRVILLE is at fault, we will refund or exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer only if the item is unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. If TRVILLE is not at fault a 30% restocking fee will be charged. 

All sales are final with order placed on sale, promotion codes or ordered with a Gift card.

This policy applies to all TRVILLE products both digital and physical purchased through https://therawville.com.

THIRD PARTY CARRIERS POLICY

The Raw Ville (TRVILLE) is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or damaged while in the possession of a third-party shipping carrier. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, all delivery-related inquiries and claims must be directed to that carrier.

To help mitigate the risks associated with shipped orders, customers are encouraged to select shipping options that include insurance coverage at checkout. Please note that The Raw Ville is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs if uninsured shipping is selected.

refund will only be processed if and only if a claim is accepted by the shipping carrier for the full value of the purchase, or If the full amount has been reimbursed to TRVILLE by the carrier. If the customer entered an uncorrected address a REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
